Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives and team members.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Maintain accurate records, organize files, and manage confidential documents with discretion.

Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
