Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives and team members.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Maintain accurate records, organize files, and manage confidential documents with discretion.
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and event planning as needed.
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure office equipment is operational.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or certification in office administration preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, document management systems, and office equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to support office operations.
